After receiving work organically around York County over the last couple of years, we identified the need for a company like ours, which can handle anything from smaller high-end renovation plans to large custom homes. Plus, we bring our unique, construction-focused approach to this market. Phase One offers more than design and planning. Our consults, led by contractors, offer information and guidance on whether a project is viable, feasible, and what it’s going to cost. We are excited to bring our signature Phase One process to the greater Charlotte market.

Phase One begins all projects with thorough research, which is especially needed in Charlotte and York County. This area has a wide variety of code and terrain requirements. Our clients will benefit from having a team familiar with the differences in each area and county. For example, Mecklenburg’s urban environment means there are many code requirements, while Lake Wylie and Lake Norman have other conditions due to the lake, such as greater structural needs.
Additionally, we have a network of contractors and designers in both Charlotte and York County, enabling us to provide personalized recommendations to clients. Lastly, we are proud to have three team members who graduated from Winthrop University’s Interior Design program. We are excited to be back working in this wonderful area!
