Understand the price. Once we understand the project, we can give you a realistic expectation of what it will cost and help you set a budget before you start talking with contractors.
Then get the plans. Contractors hate the back and forth between architecture, engineering, and schematic design. Let us help you get finished plans before you engage with the final builder.
