The goal is to have the “real talk,” answer your questions without bias, and give you a clear understanding of what you can expect it to take to complete your project.
- 1-2 hours on-site with a construction expert discussing the project and analyzing your situation
- We assess viability, feasibility, construction codes, HOA contingencies, real timelines, costs, and ROI — plus possible setbacks and solutions you may not have even considered.
Plan.
This is the fun part! We provide architectural design services with a construction feasibility perspective.
- LiDAR, Drone and Site Imaging (as-built plans)
- Regular meetings with your dedicated Architectural Designer who will deliver creative design concepts to fit your unique needs and wants
- 3D Renderings of your plan designs so that you can visualize the space
- Final deliverable of a Permit-ready Construction Plan Set with all necessary approvals
Construct.
Once the architectural plans are approved, it’s time to choose the best contractor to bring your vision to life.
- We will provide information on how to choose the best contractor for your project. In most cases we can connect you with an outstanding, local builder.
- If you are local to Columbia SC, you'll have the exclusive opportunity to work with our sister construction company, Azalea Building Group (depending on availability and project fit).
