Home Renovation Stays Close To Its Roots

Keeping this home as close to the original as possible was first and foremost for this client.  She grew up in old homes and loves the charm and history that comes along with them.  She understands the challenge of updating an old girl like the Shealy House, but it was extremely important that we honored her wishes.  This was a project she had wanted to tackle for over a decade.  She was unable to find a designer and contractor that shared her vision until she met Pam and Jon.  Together they created spaces the client loved and were able to update the home in a way that made sense and pleased both clients.  This included an updated country kitchen with heart pine countertops, a large walk-in pantry with her own window, 3 large bathrooms, a master suite, extremely functional laundry, a mudroom, and 6 refurbished fireplaces!  In the end, the newly restored Shealy House was a showstopper and to this date one of our favorites!
